The Peachy Keen

Peaches, berries and lemons make a fruit basket perfect for sipping

You’ll need

  • 2 ounces of tequila (optional) 
  • 3/4 ounces of peach strawberry simple syrup
  • 3-4 ounces of { Cactus Rose }
  • ½ ounces of lemon juice
  • Ice 
  • Flaky salt for rim

 

Instructions

Combine tequila, simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail tin and shake it like it owes ya money. Wet the rim of a short glass and roll it in flaky salt. Add a few ice cubes and pour your cocktail over them. Top up with Cactus Rose and enjoy! 

 *to make peach strawberry simple syrup: combine ½ cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 handful of strawberries and 1 diced peach in a saucepan. Simmer for 15 minutes and cool.
