The Peachy Keen

Peaches, berries andĀ lemons make a fruit basket perfect for sipping

Youā€™ll need

  • 2 ounces of tequila (optional)Ā 
  • 3/4 ounces of peach strawberry simple syrup
  • 3-4 ounces of { Cactus Rose }
  • Ā½ ounces ofĀ lemonĀ juice
  • IceĀ 
  • Flaky salt for rim

Instructions

Combine tequila, simple syrup,Ā lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail tin and shake it like it owes ya money. Wet the rim of a short glass and roll it in flaky salt. Add a few ice cubes and pour your cocktail over them. Top up with Cactus Rose and enjoy!Ā 

Ā *to make peach strawberry simple syrup: combine Ā½ cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 handful of strawberries and 1 diced peach in a saucepan. Simmer for 15 minutes and cool.Ā
