Cactus Ranch Water

Recipe by Favor Chujor. Smokey, prickly with a touch of sweeteness.

You'll need:

  • 1.75 oz lemongrass infused mezcal
  • 3/4 oz prickly pear syrup
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • lemongrass stalk for garnish
  • 4 oz  { Cactus Rose }

Instructions:

To make the lemongrass infused mezcal, cut off the bottoms and peel the outer layers. Press the stalks to release essential oils. Cut stalks and place in an airtight container with mezcal. Let infuse for 24h. 

To a shaker, add infused mezcal, lime juice and prickly pear syrup. Stir well.

Pour mix into a chilled glass with ice and top off with Cactus Rose. 

Garnish with a stalk of lemongrass.
