Where are your products made?

All of our ingredients are 100% made in the USA.

Are your drinks free of chemicals?

We take water and packaging quality very seriously. Our cans are all BPA non-intent and PFAS-free. We also regularly test our water for all forms of micro-plastics and other impurities. BPA non-intent means the cans are BPA-free, but because Bisphenol A (BPA) is ubiquitous in the natural environment, it's a more accurate term that acknowledges anything could pick up traces of BPA in transit or in your own home.

Where does your water come from?

We manufacture in California. Because we understand that water is different in every city, we use reverse osmosis to purify, then we add minerals for taste to ensure you get a quality product delivered right to your door.

Are your cans BPA free?

Our can is BPA-Non Intent. This is the more accurate way of saying BPA Free, since bisphenol A (BPA) is found in the natural environment. Most brands will say BPA Free on their cans to keep things simple, but the true legal term is BPANI.

Are your drinks organic?

We use some organic ingredients, however, it's very difficult to get organic certification as a water-based product. You need to have 99% of your ingredients be organic to qualify- but each of our drinks is 99% water, and water doesn't count. That makes things difficult, but we'll keep trying! For now, Non-GMO is the best we could do.

Where do your Natural Flavors come from?

We’ve put a lot of thought and energy into developing our recipe and we’ve found that a mix of herbal extracts and named natural flavors lends to the most authentic taste possible. All of our natural flavors are derived from fruits and vegetables; for example, a natural cucumber flavor is derived from the cucumber. However, whenever possible, we choose to use an extract (as we do with all herbal ingredients and watermelon). We are also working on replacing all flavors with extracts so stay tuned for any changes to our recipe!

Is there sugar or caffeine in your drinks?

How fast does my order ship?

We do our best to fulfill your order within 24-48 hours (not including weekends). This timing can be affected by inventory so periodically, your order might ship a bit later than that. Our carriers do their best to deliver your order within 5-7 days of shipment, but again - with all the shipping and transit complications these days, sometimes it can take a bit longer. If you have questions about an order, feel free to reach out to!

Help! I want to cancel my order

Our shipping team fulfills orders within 3 days, but often the order is fulfilled within hours. Our Customer Service team is here to help you M-F between 8a-5p (Pacific). If you’re wanting to cancel your order and it’s during our work-week, we will do everything we can to cancel your order. If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

You need 1200 points to redeem for a free case of a regular flavor and 1320 points for a Variety Pack! You can redeem $1 off for every 40 Rewards Points.

How do I redeem my rewards points?

Load up your shopping cart and when you’re ready for Checkout, click the Checkout button. From there - on the right-hand side, you should see a notation for how many rewards points you have and slider widget just below so you can choose how many points you want to redeem towards a discounted purchase.
