Jello Cocktail Bites

Rosy, tangy, and boozy jello bites perfect for your next winter dinner party

You’ll need

  • 4 envelopes of unflavored gelatin 
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar 
  • 1/4 cup of mezcal
  • 1/4 cup of campari 
  • 1/4 cup of vermouth
  • 3 cups of { Cactus Rose }
  • 1/4 cup of orange juice 
  • 1/4 cup of rose water
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • Cooking spray 
  • Orange Zest

 

*use vegetarian gelatin to keep it vegan!

 

 

Instructions

In a saucepan, add Cactus Rose sparkling water and sprinkle over gelatin! Let gelatin bloom for 2 minutes. Turn on medium heat and whisk until gelatin is dissolved. Turn off heat and stir in sugar, all alcohol, rose water, and orange juice! 

 

Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour in mixture. Chill for 3 hours, then slice chilled jello into squares! Roll in sugar and orange zest before serving at a holiday party! Happy Holidays!
