The Blooming Rose

A prickly pear delight featuring homemade blueberry syrup

You’ll need

  • 2 ounces of gin
  • 1/2 ounces of blueberry simple syrup
  • 3 ounces of { Cactus Rose }
  • 1/4 ounces of lime juice teaspoon sugar 
  • Lime green wedge garnish
  • Ice 

 

 

Instructions

In a cocktail tin, combine ice, blueberry simple syrup*, gin (leave it out if you want to make it a mocktail!) and lime juice. Shake away and strain into a glass. Add ice, top up with Cactus Rose, and garnish with a lil lime wedge. 

 

*Want to make your own simple syrup? Simmer 1 part water, 1 part sugar, and 1 part blueberries in a pan for 7 minutes!
