Raspberry Gin Fizz Cocktail
Youâll need
- 1 ounce of raspberry syrup
- 3 ounces of { Raspberry Vanilla }
- 1 ounce of lime juice
- 2 ounces of gin
- Ice
- Garnish with a lime wheel

Instructions
Raspberry Syrup:
Combine raspberries, sugar and water. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the syrup and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Cocktail:
In a glass mix your booze, raspberry syrup and lime juice. Stir and add ice. Top off with Raspberry Vanilla, garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!
