Raspberry Gin Fizz Mocktail

Bubbly, citrusy, raspberry delight. Sweet, tart and perfect for the hot summer days.

You’ll need

  • 1 ounce of raspberry syrup
  • 3 ounces of { Raspberry Vanilla }
  • 1 ounce of lime juice
  • Ice
  • Garnish with a lime wheel





Raspberry Syrup:

Combine raspberries, sugar and water. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the syrup and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.


Mix raspberry syrup and lime juice. Stir and add ice. Top off with Raspberry Vanilla, garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy.
