Passionfruit Fizz Mocktail

You need
- 2 ouncesĀ Monday Zero-Alcohol Gin*
- 2 ounces passionfruit juice
- 1 ounce heavy whipping cream
- 6 ouncesĀ { Hibiscus Passionfruit }
- 1/2 ounce simple sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1/4th teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice, lime to garnish
Instructions
Pour all ingredients except ice, weird water and lime into a shaker. Dry shake for 20 seconds. Throw some ice cubes into your favorite class and pour the cocktail. Top off with Hibiscus Passionfruit weird water. Garnish and enjoy!Ā
