Passionfruit Fizz Mocktail

Sip to be transported to a botanical universe

You need

  • 2 ounces Monday Zero-Alcohol Gin*
  • 2 ounces passionfruit juice
  • 1 ounce heavy whipping cream
  • 6 ounces { Hibiscus Passionfruit }
  • 1/2 ounce simple sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4th teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice, lime to garnish

Instructions

Pour all ingredients except ice, weird water and lime into a shaker. Dry shake for 20 seconds. Throw some ice cubes into your favorite class and pour the cocktail. Top off with Hibiscus Passionfruit weird water. Garnish and enjoy!
