Hibiscus Passionfruit Paloma
You'll need:
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 1.5 oz tequila
- 1 can { Hibiscus Passionfruit }
- 2 oz passionfruit puree
- honey and dried hibiscus and course salt for rim
- edible flowers and passionfruit for garnish

Instructions:
Pour grapefruit juice, tequila, passionfruit puree, and ice into a cocktail shaker.
Close the shaker and shake until combined and chilled.
To make the hibiscus salt, crush the dried hibiscus leaves into coarse salt and mix
together.
Brush the rim of a glass with honey and roll the side of glass into the hibiscus salt.
Strain the cocktail into an ice filled glass.
Top off with Aura Bora Hibiscus Passion Fruit sparkling water.
Garnish with flowers and passionfruit.
