Returns and Exchanges

As the Products are perishable food items, Products may not be returned or exchanged. If you have concerns or problems with the Products you receive, please contact us at hello@aurabora.com and we will attempt to resolve the issue. Aura Bora shall not issue any refunds for the Products or Services except at its sole discretion.

When will my order arrive?

We strive to process and fulfill orders with 48 hours of your order being placed. You will receive an email notification upon shipping that will provide the most up-to-date information about your shipment. To confirm delivery, you will also receive an additional email notification when your Aura Bora packaged as arrived. 


Where is my package?


You will receive tracking information via your confirmation email. If your package hasn’t arrived, we recommend checking with local carrier first. Still having trouble? Email us at hello@aurabora.com, and we'll do our best to help you out.

We are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier or shipped to the incorrect address.
