Tropical Spritz Cocktail

- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 4 ouncesĀ { Lemongrass Coconut }
- 3/4 ounces coconut milk
- 3/4 ounces simple syrup
- 1 ounce light rum
- Juice of one limeĀ
- Ice
- Lime wheel to garnishĀ

Instructions
Combine pineapple juice, coconut milk, simple syrup, juice of one lime, rum and a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker.Ā Shake the tin until slushy. Fill up your favorite glass with ice and pour. Top off with Lemongrass Coconut, garnish with a lime wheel, and stay groovy.
