The Blackberry Negroni
Youâll need
- 1/2 ounce of sweet vermouth
- 1 ounce of gin
- 3-4 ounces of { Basil Berry }
- 1 ounce of campari
- 1 container of blackberries
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- Ice
- Zest and peel of 1 lemon

Instructions
In a pan, make lemon blackberry simple syrup by combining sugar, water, blackberries, and lemon zest over medium heat. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes and let cool. In a shaker, combine 1 ounce of simple syrup, sweet vermouth, gin, campari, and ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Top with Basil Berry, stir, and garnish with a lemon peel!Â
