Persimmon Clove Sour Cocktail
- 2 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz of { Persimmon Clove }
- 0.5 oz agave syrup
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 egg white
- for garnish:Â cinnamon, persimmon slice and cloves

Instructions
In a shaker mix all of the ingredients except the Persimmon Clove. Shake without ice. Add ice and shake again.
In a chilled glass pour 3 oz of Persimmon Clove. Top off with the contents of the shaker.Â
Dust with cinnamon, garnish with a persimmon slice and cloves, and sip away.
