Pear Chai Highball

Filled with notes of delicate and spiced poached pears

You’ll need

  • 1.5 ounces of rye
  • 1 chopped pearĀ 
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 chai tea bags
  • 3 ounces of { Chai Cranberry }
  • 1/4Ā ouncesĀ of lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Pear slice to garnishĀ

Instructions

Make pear chai simple syrup by combining sugar water, chopped pear, and chai tea bags. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes, strain, and cool. In a cocktail shaker, combine rye, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice. Shake it and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top it off with Chai Cranberry, garnish with a thin pear, and enjoy with a cozy dinner!
