Peach Collins

You'll need:

• 1.5 oz peach puree
• 2 oz gin
• 1 can { Peach Honeysuckle }
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 simple syrup
• fresh mint and peach slices for garnish

 
Instructions:

In a shaker, combine the peach puree, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Fill a tall glass with ice.

Pour the shaker's contents into the glass and top it off with Peach Honeysuckle.

Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of peach, then enjoy!
