Bourbon Bonfire Sour
You'll need:
- 1 oz sweet potato syrup from canned candied yams
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz bourbon
- 2 oz { Pumpkin Spice }
- torched marshmallows and candied sweet potato for garnish
 Instructions:
In a shaker add sweet potato syrup, lemon juice, and bourbon with ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Pumpkin Spice.
Garnish with marshmallows and a candied sweet potato, then lightly torch to toast them.
