Bourbon Bonfire Sour

A cozy fall night turned into a cocktail.

You'll need:

  • 1 oz sweet potato syrup from canned candied yams
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 2 oz { Pumpkin Spice }
  • torched marshmallows and candied sweet potato for garnish

 Instructions:

In a shaker add sweet potato syrup, lemon juice, and bourbon with ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Pumpkin Spice.

Garnish with marshmallows and a candied sweet potato, then lightly torch to toast them.
