Bergamot Bourbon Sour
You'll need:
- 1.5 ozĀ bourbon
- 1Ā ozĀ bergamot syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 can { Banana Bergamot }
- 1/2 ozĀ honey (optional for sweetness)
- 1/2 simple syrup
- lemon twist garnish

Instructions:
In a shaker, combine the bourbon, bergamot syrup, egg white, and honey. Shake for at least 30 seconds without ice.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 30 seconds until foamy.
Strain into a chilled rock glass full of ice.
Top off with Banana Bergamot.
Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy.
